Multi-model clinical decision support for dermatology
DermCDSS asks three AI models to review the same skin lesion photo and clinical context independently, measures how far they agree, and presents the result to the clinician as a structured second opinion.

Independent review
Claude, GPT and Gemini each analyse the case separately, so that one model's error does not steer the others.

Consensus and mediation
A rule-based consensus engine compares the differential diagnoses and recommended actions, and grades agreement as high, moderate or low. When the models disagree, a mediation round compares their reasoning.
규칙 기반 합의 엔진이 감별진단과 권고 조치를 비교해서 일치도를 판정하고, 의견이 갈리면 중재 단계를 거칩니다.

The clinician decides
The clinician sees a differential list, suggested next steps and a guideline checklist, and makes every final decision.

Privacy by design
- Runs on a dedicated local server behind Cloudflare Access, not as a public cloud app.
- Photos are resized and stripped of metadata before analysis, and deleted after analysis.
- Audit logs are stored separately from patient information.
전용 로컬 서버에서 접근 통제를 거쳐 운영합니다. 사진은 메타데이터를 제거한 뒤 분석하고, 분석이 끝나면 삭제합니다. 감사 로그는 환자 정보와 분리해서 보관합니다.
